PURPOSE

Astronomy Aleworks is a family owned business brewing and serving beer in the famous Booze District of Henderson, NV. Astronomy Aleworks creates works of fermented art using keen scientific principles inspired by the hard-working men and women who labored to bring the stars and planets closer to our hearts, not to mention the incredible zymurgists that pioneered the finest ales known to man or spaceman.

American style hefeweizen in the tradition of the Northwest classics

Wee Heavy style ale with elder flower and malt smoked in the brewery using Irish peat logs.

Ursa Minor Cascadian Dark Ale

A second-runnings beer made with the base malt from the Ursa Major. We added some dark malt and a generous amount of hops to give this beer a roasty, bitter character

Nova Stout

Rich, dark, strong notes of coffee.
5.5% abv

Helios Hefeweizen

American style Hef that’s malty and hearty. Habanero pepper and vanilla have been added to enhance the aready delicious wheat flavor.

Mars Red

A little bit sweet. Very malty. An ale approximation of an Oktoberfest

Gamma Ray Gruit

Ancient form of beer made with honey, Saison yeast, and Bavarian Hefeweizen yeast. Flavored with coriander, lavender, turmeric, lemongrass, myrtle leaf, sage, and ginger
